Where PAL Started
The idea for PAL was inspired in part by my Girl Scout Gold Award project.
This is the debut of PAL as an official High School performing arts club. Founding members were (left to right in center photo) Chelsea Fowler, Carissa Fowler, Sara Skinner, Kelsey Townsend, Gabby Bermea, Shannon Brewer, and Christian Hacker. The performance was on Easter Sunday April 4, 2010, at Sterling House Assisted Living Center in Texarkana, Texas.
April 18, performance at Cowhorn Creek Plaza. Group photo (left to right) introduces first performance for Bass Deese, piano, Christian Hacker, saxophone, and visible in photo to right of group is JP Edwards, guitar & vocals. The performance was followed by a social mixer with punch and cookies provided by the residents and staff.
