Want to Start a New PAL Club?
How to Present a Proposal:
- Review the Mission Statement and Documents on this web site
- Download Club Proposal Form from Documents Section
- Download New Club Interested List Form from Documents Section
- Talk to performing arts students and start a list of interested students
- Download the other forms in Document Section
- Print out the forms with your school name and founder name inserted
- Make up a nice folder for each of your performing arts teachers
- Go through the material and ask them to sign on as co-sponsors
- Take the signed form and a folder to the Principal or other official
- Send a thank you card to the official and sponsors
- Wait for approval
How to Set Up Organizational Meeting:
- Arrange a planning meeting date with Co-Sponsors
- Invite your founding members from list of interested students
- Provide a list of officers nominated by sponsors and founding member
- Discuss potential rules or bylaws
- Request official PAL Club Start Up Kit via email to PAL (Free) shannon@playersandlisteners.org
